Mindful Flow

Mon 6:00pm - 7:15pm

In this thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow class you will begin with guided meditation to help you focus your mind at the beginning of the week. Then move into gentle warm ups, build-up to poses that give your a playful challenge and then cool down again so you leave feeling relaxed. You will also get a taste of Great Yoga Wall in each class.

Rising Warrior

Tues + Thurs 5:30am – 6:30am

In this Kripalu yoga class you will tap into your inner peaceful warrior - strong & light-hearted. This is a vigorous exploration of movement, breath and playful meditation, with lively music to lead the way. This class tends to bring the heat but in a way that allows each student to recognize the unique needs of their body, occasionally utilizing yoga props and The Great Yoga Wall.

Morning Glow Yoga Wall

TUES + THURS 9:00AM - 10:15AM


With a mixture of hatha & vinyasa yoga and the Great Yoga Wall this session focuses on alignment and mindfulness. The wall, straps and pelvic swing deepen your insight to adjust yourself in any posture based on your unique body. Building on simple yogic philosophy for balanced living, this is a mid-morning treat that will leave your spirit aglow. 

Align & Unwind

Tues 6:00pm - 7:15pm

New to Yoga? Want to build your foundation? This beginner-friendly Purna Yoga class is designed for you. Learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and guidelines for a healthier more balanced life. You will build strength and flexibility while de-stressing and realigning your body. 

Sundown Warrior

Wed 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Burn off the day in this playfully intense Kripalu yoga class. Upbeat music and good humor make this class a fun place to push your boundaries. Enhance your practice by learning how to modify yoga postures using subtle body adjustments (micro-movements). Walk away with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

Gentle Chair Yoga

Thurs 10:45am - 11:45am

This pay-what-you-can (PWYC) class designed for those with limited mobility or who need a very gentle practice such as seniors, pregnant women and people recovering from injuries. Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunties and Uncles from around the community come together for a class focused on breathing, body awareness and gentle yoga poses that support bone health, range of motion and mental health.

MaterniTea: Prenatal Yoga

Thurs 5:30pm - 6:30pm (June 6th-Aug 1st)      


In this 8 weeks series of classes you will gently increase your strength, flexibility and balance so that you feel supported by your body during your pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques to help calm your nervous system and give you sustained energy for your pregnancy and delivery. Gain tools to connect mind, body, and spirit in a way that will offer benefits for the lifelong journey of motherhood.

Breathe & Release

Sat 7:00am - 8:15am

This Purna Yoga class is a gentle but powerful alignment-based practice that incorporates props such as belts and blocks. Energy flows more easily through the body when it is aligned correctly. The poses consist of various stretches, twists, back bends, forward bends, openings and strengthening movements to help the body become more flexible, balanced, toned and strong.

Saturday Sweat

Sat 10:00AM - 11:15am
