Mindful Flow

Mon 6:00pm - 7:15pm

In this thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow class you will begin with guided meditation to help you focus your mind at the beginning of the week. Then move into gentle warm ups, build-up to poses that give your a playful challenge and then cool down again so you leave feeling relaxed. You will also get a taste of Great Yoga Wall in each class.


Morning Glow Yoga Wall

Tues + Thurs 9:00am - 10:15am

With a mixture of hatha & vinyasa yoga and the Great Yoga Wall this session focuses on alignment and mindfulness. The wall, straps and pelvic swing deepen your insight to adjust yourself in any posture based on your unique body. Building on simple yogic philosophy for balanced living, this is a mid-morning treat that will leave your spirit aglow. 


MaterniTea: Prenatal Yoga

In this class, you will gently increase your strength, flexibility and balance so that you feel supported by your body during your pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques to help calm your nervous system and give you sustained energy for your pregnancy and delivery. Gain tools to connect mind, body, and spirit in a way that will offer benefits for the lifelong journey of motherhood.


Align & Unwind

New to Yoga? Want to build your foundation? This beginner-friendly Purna Yoga class is designed for you. Learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and guidelines for a healthier more balanced life. You will build strength and flexibility while de-stressing and realigning your body.

 


Evening Flow + Yoga Wall

This vinyasa flow class ends with rejuvenating poses on the Great Yoga Wall. This mixture will get you ready to take on the week ahead with clear intention. Practice breathing techniques and poses that build strength, flexibility and body awareness while affirming your intentions for the week.
