Learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and guidelines for a healthier more balanced life. You will build strength and flexibility while de-stressing and realigning your body.

 

Evening Flow + Yoga Wall

This vinyasa flow class ends with rejuvenating poses on the Great Yoga Wall. This mixture will get you ready to take on the week ahead with clear intention. Practice breathing techniques and poses that build strength, flexibility and body awareness while affirming your intentions for the week.
