The intention of this workshop is to introduce participants to mindfulness meditation as a practice to explore living more fully in each moment of our lives, and to cultivate a lens for experiencing the full spectrum of life (from the good, bad and ugly, to the sacred and profane) with more, grace, kindness and curiosity. With an emphasis on fostering connection to self, community and the environment, this workshop will define love as the fundamental purpose for cultivating a mindful life and the nucleus around which our individual and collective wellbeing revolves, thereby yielding a more just and equitable world as a result. This workshop is appropriate for participants with all levels of experience and physical need.
