This interactive workshop is a sacred space for women to unwind, unravel, share their stories & wisdom, be creative and learn tools for self-nourishment. This three hour session will be led by UK-based Diane Przybilla, certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. Learn about your menstrual seasons, balancing your hormones, self-massage and womb yoga in this sharing circle style event.
The intention of this workshop is to introduce participants to mindfulness meditation as a practice to explore living more fully in each moment of our lives, and to cultivate a lens for experiencing the full spectrum of life (from the good, bad and ugly, to the sacred and profane) with more, grace, kindness and curiosity. Come dressed to move and bring a journal.
The focus of this wisdom circle will be on empowering your base and your foundation culturally, racially and ancestrally. In this session, we will be honoring our past and empowering our present, so we can mindfully create our future with the gifts that our ancestors gave us.
